Shipping policy

*We do not offer worldwide shipping at the moment. Our items are shipped within 5-7 business days of purchase date. Once transaction is clear, your items will be prepared for shipping. Please double check you address before placing an order. We are not responsible if your address input is incorrect. 

Once items are shipped, WE ARE NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR PACKAGE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, STOLEN, and/or BROKEN ITEMS/PACKAGE(S). We will do our best to box it nicely with protections so there won’t be no damages to your goods.

If you've received your package and it is damaged by the post office, please contact your local post office to fill a claim.

You will need to contact your local post office if there’s any concern about your package. A tracking number will be provided to you.

•••If your package was delivered but you did not receive it, you MUST first check with your local post office or your postman or with your neighbors. Also you must file a claim with your post office if your package is nowhere to be found. If we are to replace your lost items do to your post offices for any reasons, we will charge you 50% of the total you have paid. This will help cover the cost of supplies. If the item is no longer in stock we will replace it with something similar to value. You must also cover the reshipping cost.
