Refund policy

All items are FINAL SALE. Her Charm Box does not accept any returns at the moment. 

Her Charm Box does not offer any refund or exchange at the moment. Any missing items must be notified within 1 day of when the package is received and the tracking number stating that it was delivered. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
We inspect all your items before being sent out to make sure there is no damage to your items. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
